Tracking the status of a physical test kit, or health test
If you are a UK customer and have ordered a physical test kit or a health test, you can track your order on your Order Status page. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email that contains a tracking link with information about your order.
Tracking the status of a digital test
If you are a non-UK customer, or have ordered a digital test, no physical test kit will be sent to you. Please look for more information on how to submit your test in your order confirmation email.

Your order number will be in your Order confirmation email and begin with the prefix TMFS-.
